Equipment and capacity

We produce high quality parts by combining high quality mold-making with state-of-the-art molding machines. Our machines range in capacity from 50-140 ton, with a shot size max of 140g. We currently own and operate JSW presses. You can find more information about our molding machines including detailed specs here:

We are able to complete large volume runs, but we also accommodate smaller volume runs.

We provide the most current late-model, all-electric, super-efficient molding machines to cover small-quantity or high-volume production with ease.

These JSW machines offer both high-efficiency and high-dependability performance so that we can deliver your product as promised.

We treat customers' molds with utmost care, storing them in a climate-controlled room in our facility.

Materials and quality control

We specialize in engineered resins such as nylon and glass-filled nylon, but can work with other materials including poly-pro, poly-carbonate, ABS, HDPE, and TPE. 

We care about creating high quality parts so we complete a trial run and check for part integrity, color correctness, and other common defects that can occur like flash, burn, sink marks, and warping. We inspect our product regularly throughout the production cycle, and we document our molding process to maintain product consistency.
